30:4-177.18. Management, operation and administration Except as otherwise provided for herein, the management, operation and administration of the institute and the disposition and release of all persons admitted thereto, shall be in conformity with the provisions of Title 30, Revised Statutes. The board of managers now functioning for the Village for Epileptics at Skillman shall serve as the board of managers for the Neuropsychiatric Institute until their terms expire and their successors shall be appointed as provided by law.
