30:4-177.19. Equipment; staff The institute shall be fully provided with all modern scientific equipment and a staff of competent specialists in the field of medicine, psychiatry, neuropsychiatry and related sciences, so that complete facilities shall be available to study the causes of neuropsychiatric disorders, including epilepsy, and to contribute to the knowledge of the control and prevention thereof.
