Agreements authorized by resolution of board of control All agreements made and entered into pursuant to this act, when authorized pursuant to resolution of the Board of Control, shall be made, executed and delivered in the name of the Department of Institutions and Agencies and shall be signed by the commissioner and sealed with the seal of the department.
