30:4-177.34. Management, operation and administration in conformity with this title; rules and regulations Except as otherwise provided for herein, the management, operation and administration of such facilities shall be in conformity with the provisions of Title 30, Revised Statutes, and the State Board of Control of Institutions and Agencies shall promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as shall be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
