Nothing in this act shall be construed to limit the authority of the court to commit a person to the custody of the Commissioner of Human Services in accordance with the provisions of section 13 of P.L.1965, c.59 (C.30:4-25.1) for admission to functional services in an environment that is less restrictive than that of the MSU.
