30:4-27.37. Discharge plan 14. A person discharged by the court shall have a discharge plan prepared by the treatment team at the facility designated for the custody, care and treatment of sexually violent predators, pursuant to this section. The treatment team shall give the person an opportunity to participate in the formulation of the discharge plan. L.1998, c.71, s.14.
