30:4-75.2. Rules and regulations The Attorney General and the Commissioner of Institutions and Agencies shall adopt such rules and regulations as shall be necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act and to co-ordinate the collection activities and procedures of the boards, officers, agencies and other bodies in the Department of Institutions and of the Bureau of Maintenance Collections.
