30:4-78.3. Determination of eligibility for State reimbursement for costs Any costs or obligations incurred by a county psychiatric facility in the 13 months prior to the effective date of this act that are determined not to be reasonable by the Commissioner of Human Services shall not be eligible for reimbursement from the State after the effective date of this act.
