30:6-30. Procurement of commodities, services through central nonprofit agency 8. State agencies and political subdivisions of the State shall make a good faith effort to procure, pursuant to section 1 of P.L.2021, c.385 (C.30:6-30.1), five percent of their goods and services through the Central Nonprofit Agency from those commodities and services which have been set aside for purchase from approved rehabilitation facilities.
