§ 30-7-5-1

30:7-5.1. Inapplicability of requirement for licensed administrator Notwithstanding the requirement in section 1 of P.L.1968, c. 356 (C. 30:11-11) concerning licensure of a nursing home administrator, the New Jersey Firemen's Home established pursuant to R.S. 30:7-1 et seq. shall not be required to have a licensed administrator in order to operate as a nursing home.
