30:9-12.17. Contents of resolution; board of managers Any such resolution may provide for the appointment of a board of managers for such institution or may provide for the management, control and operation of such institution by the board of managers of the county hospital. Where a separate and distinct board of managers for any such institution is provided for, the resolution shall specify the number of managers and their terms of office and may include, as ex-officio members, the magistrates or some of them, of the municipal courts situated in the county.
