§ 32-1-154-20

32:1-154.20. High misdemeanors, certain violations as Notwithstanding the provisions of section two hereof, if the violation within the State of the rule and regulation numbered seven and set forth in section one hereof shall result in injury or death to a person or persons or damage to property in excess of the value of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), such violation shall constitute a high misdemeanor.
