32:1-154.22. Excluding vehicles violating rules and regulations and other vehicles of same owner The penalties above prescribed shall not preclude the Port Authority from excluding from any air terminal highway or marine terminal highway, permanently or for a specified time, all vehicles violating any of the rules and regulations set forth in section one hereof, as well as other vehicles owned or operated by the owner or operator of such vehicle.
