§ 32-1-154-23

32:1-154.23. Effect of act Nothing herein contained shall be construed to affect, diminish or impair the power of this State to enact any law, or to impair or diminish, or as recognition of the impairment or diminution of any power of this State, legislative or otherwise, with respect to the Port Authority, its properties, or persons or property thereon.
