Maps of bridges, tunnels and belt lines The bridges, tunnels and belt lines forming the comprehensive plan are generally and in outline indicated on maps filed by the Port of New York Authority in the offices of the secretaries of the states of New York and New Jersey, and are hereinafter described in outline.
