§ 32-1-77

32:1-77. Condemnation procedure Whenever any proceedings for the acquisition of 'real property' , as defined in this act, is instituted under this act, such proceedings shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of an act entitled 'An act to regulate the ascertainment and payment of compensation for property condemned or taken for public use' (Revision of one thousand nine hundred), approved March twentieth, one thousand nine hundred, and the acts amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto.
