§ 32-11b-10

32:11B-10. Application of act The provisions of this act shall not apply to any trust fund where the deed of trust, or will, or any court having jurisdiction of the same, specially directs that said trust fund shall be invested in other securities. L.1948, c. 179, p. 924, s. 2.
