§ 32-11b-8

32:11B-8. Partial invalidity In case, for any reason, any section or any provision of this act shall be questioned in any court and shall be held to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not be held to affect any other section or provision of this act. L.1946, c. 18, p. 54, s. 8.
