Transfer of records, funds and properties All of the right, title and interest of the State of New Jersey in any records, funds and properties of the Interstate Commission on the Delaware River Basin are hereby transferred to the Delaware River Basin Commission to be held, used and applied for the purposes of the Delaware River Basin Compact.
