32:11D-115. Effective date This act shall take effect upon the adoption of substantially similar legislation by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the States of Delaware and New York providing for the termination of INCODEL and a transfer of each State's property to the Delaware River Basin Commission; provided, however, that if such States have previously adopted substantially similar legislation at the time that this act is approved, this act shall take effect immediately.
