32:11E-4. Status of commissioners Each commissioner for the State of New Jersey shall be deemed a State officer and subject to investigation, inquiry and removal upon the same grounds and procedures as may be provided by the law of this State in the case of an officer or employee who receives his compensation from the State of New Jersey.
