32:19A-4 Empowerment to accept moneys, property, donations, gifts. 4. In furtherance of the purposes of this act, the Interstate Environmental Commission is empowered to accept moneys, property and other donations or gifts from any person whatever, whether public, private or governmental, real or artificial.
