32:20B-9 Effective date dependent on enactment of legislation in New York. 9. This act shall take effect upon enactment of substantially similar legislation by the State of New York, unless the State of New York has enacted such legislation prior to the date of enactment of this act, in which case this act shall take effect immediately.
