§ 32-11-4

32:11-4. Condemnation The commission of the state of New Jersey may acquire any land, or interest in land, necessary for the construction of any such bridge, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 1 of the title Eminent Domain (s. 20:1-1 et seq.).
