§ 32-14-1-11

32:14-1.11. Annual report On or before March 31 in each year, the commission shall make an annual report of its activities for the preceding calendar year to the Governor and to the Legislature. The report shall set forth a complete operating and financial statement covering the operations of the commission during the year, and shall include an account of the management, maintenance and utilization of lands and facilities in the New Jersey section of the Palisades Interstate Park, as well as a discussion of the implementation of this act.
