32:14-29. Expenditures of commission Palisades Interstate Park Commission shall have authority to spend such sum or sums as may be included in the annual appropriation bill for necessary expenses of the commission, and for carrying out the provisions of this chapter. All such expenditures shall be approved by the Governor and Comptroller before payment thereof. Amended by L.1939, c. 191, p. 562, s. 28.
