§ 32-19-5

32:19-5 Interstate Environmental Commission, powers regarded as in aid of, supplemental. 32:19-5. Any powers herein granted to the Interstate Environmental Commission shall be regarded as in aid of and supplemental to and in no case a limitation upon any of the powers vested in said commission by the states of New York and New Jersey and/or by congress or the terms of the compact.
