32:2-15. Acquiring property by agreement during pendency of condemnation proceedings Nothing in this article shall prohibit the port authority from acquiring real property or interest therein by agreement with the owners thereof at any time during the pendency of any proceedings for the condemnation or acquisition of such real property or interest.
