§ 32-2-19

32:2-19. Condemnation If the port authority is unable to agree for the acquisition of any such real property, it may acquire the real property by condemnation pursuant to article 3 of this chapter (s. 32:2-10 et seq.), and chapter 1 of the title Eminent Domain (s. 20:1-1 et seq.), except as other provision is made by this article.
