32:2-23.20. Purchase and rental of railroad cars by Port of New York Authority Upon the occurrence of the events set forth in section 7 of this act, the States of New York and New Jersey agree that each such State may elect by appropriate legislation to provide for the purchase and rental by the Port of New York Authority of railroad cars for passenger transportation in accordance with this act.
