§ 32-20-9

32:20-9. Reciprocal agreement effective when The terms and provisions of said reciprocal agreement shall become effective upon receipt by the Secretary of State of this State of a certificate from the Executive Secretary of The Interstate Commission on the Delaware River Basin that an act in substantially the same form as this act has been passed by the Legislature, and approved by the Governor, of one of the other three States constituent to said Delaware River Basin, together with a certified copy of said act of said State, and thereupon the Secretary of State shall advise the Department of Health of this State accordingly.
