§ 32-26-16

32:26-16. Cooperation and assistance by New Jersey departments, agencies and officers Within appropriations available therefor, the departments, agencies and officers of the government of this State may co-operate with and assist the Vehicle Equipment Safety Commission within the scope contemplated by Article III(h) of the compact. The departments, agencies and officers of the government of this State are authorized generally to co-operate with said commission. L.1964, c. 54, s. 7.
