32:27-30. Effectuation by Chief Executives The Chief Executive is authorized to take such action as may be necessary and proper in his discretion to effectuate the compact and the initial organization and operation of the commission thereunder. L.1966, c. 149, s. 3, eff. June 18, 1966.
