32:3-13.47. Agreement authorized by 1931 and 1951 acts effective except where amended or repealed Except where specifically amended or repealed by this act, the provisions of the agreement authorized by chapter 391 of the laws of 1931, the provisions of the agreement authorized by chapter 287 of the laws of 1951 and the provisions of the agreement authorized by chapter 288 of the laws of 1951 are maintained in full force and effect.
