32:3-17. Concurrent legislation by Pennsylvania This act shall become effective on July first, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, but the New Jersey Interstate Bridge Commission shall not enter into any agreement hereunder until the commonwealth of Pennsylvania has passed a substantially similar act embodying the agreement between the two states herein set forth and making a like appropriation.
