32:32-3. Statue of Liberty Trust Fund There is created the 'Statue of Liberty Trust Fund,' which shall be a public body corporate and politic, constituting a public benefit corporation of the States of New York and New Jersey. The fund and its corporate existence shall continue until terminated by concurrent legislative action of the States of New York and New Jersey, which shall also provide for the distribution of all properties and rights held by the fund at the time of termination.
