32:5-5. Operation of cars and trains over facilities owned by others The Delaware River Joint Commission shall have the right and power to enter into contracts, agreements and/or leases with other transportation companies for the operation of cars or trains owned by said commission over the transportation facilities owned, leased or operated by other transportation companies.
