32:5-8. Compact altered and amended The said agreement entered into by the state of New Jersey and the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, dated July first, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, is hereby altered, changed and amended in accordance with the foregoing, but in all other respects to remain unchanged.
