§ 32-9-11

32:9-11. Equal division of final awards, costs and expenses The sum of the total final awards of compensation and all court costs in both states, including advertisements and the expenses of the joint commission, incurred in the proceedings aforesaid, shall be defrayed by the respective states in equal proportions.
