§ 32-9-16

32:9-16. Deductions from motor vehicle receipts for maintenance and repair of bridges The comptroller of the treasury is authorized to deduct from receipts of the motor vehicle department the amount appropriated for the maintenance and repair of bridges acquired under this chapter.
