§ 33-1-11-2

33:1-11.2. Definitions For the purposes of this act, the following phrases shall be deemed to have the meanings herein given to them: (a) Foreign person--a person resident in or incorporated under the laws of any State other than the State of New Jersey. (b) Resident person--a person resident in or incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey. L.1956, c. 110, p. 495, s. 1, eff. July 1, 1956.
