33:1-12.54 Regulations. 3. Pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control may promulgate regulations necessary to effectuate the provisions of P.L.2018, c.101 (C.33:1-12.52 et seq.) and P.L.2024, c.31 (C.33:1-12.52 et al.).
