§ 33-1-55

33:1-55. Maintenance of place where unlawful property is kept, manufactured or sold No person shall knowingly keep, occupy or maintain any premises, building, vehicle or place whatsoever wherein unlawful property is owned, possessed, kept, stored, manufactured, sold, distributed or transported, and all unlawful property may be seized by any officer and be confiscated and disposed of as in this chapter provided.
