§ 33-1-92

33:1-92. Penalties Violation of this act shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days or by both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. L.1939, c. 87, p. 175, s. 4.
