§ 34-11a-11

34:11A-11. Responsibility for costs, fees All costs and fees arising out of the procedures established in section 5 of this act shall be the responsibility of the delinquent party. Where no delinquency is determined, the costs, fees, and damages arising out of the procedures established in section 5 of this act shall be the responsibility of the fringe benefit fund.
