34:15C-10 Commission shall establish requirements for each workforce investment program. 13. The commission shall establish such requirements as it deems appropriate for each workforce investment program to utilize the comprehensive occupational information compiled and disseminated by the Center for Occupational Employment Information established pursuant to section 27 of P.L.2005, c.354 (C.34:1A-86) and other information developed cooperatively by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development and the commission for program planning and individual career decision-making.
