34:15F-7 Criminal history record check for mentor. 7. Notwithstanding any provision of P.L.1986, c.116 (C.18A:6-7.1 et seq.) to the contrary, a mentor shall undergo a criminal history record check in accordance with the procedures established in that act, except that the educational foundation shall bear the cost of the check, including all costs for administering and providing the check.
