34:1A-14. Powers and duties of the Unemployment Compensation Commission assigned to Division of Employment Security All of the functions, powers and duties of the Unemployment Compensation Commission, of the respective bureaus and divisions therein, and of the executive director of such commission, are hereby assigned to, and shall be exercised and performed through, the Division of Employment Security in the Department of Labor and Industry established hereunder.
