34:1A-35. Effective date This act shall take effect on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine, except that any appointment, and any confirmation or approval of any appointment, permitted by this act may be made prior to such date. L.1948, c. 446, p. 1777, s. 35.
