34:1B-156 Agreements authorized 13. The State Treasurer and the authority may enter into any agreements as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act, which may include, but not be limited to, procedures for the transfer of moneys to the Port Facility Revenue Fund as provided for in section 6 of this act, with respect to the terms and conditions relative to the securing of bonds, notes and other obligations of the authority, the pledge and assignment of any agreement or agreements authorized by this act, or any payments to the trustees of the holders of these bonds. Notwithstanding any provision of P.L.1974, c.80 (C.34:1B-1 et seq.), this act or any regulation of the authority to the contrary, the authority shall be paid only such fees as shall be determined by an agreement entered into pursuant to this section. Any such agreements entered into pursuant to this section shall require that the subsidiary corporation shall indemnify and save harmless the authority, its members or employees from any actions, claims, judgments or awards of any type regarding the lease, operation and management of the port facilities by the subsidiary corporation.
